PAYMENT METHODS FOR ORDERS PLACED FROM AND DELIVERED TO THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES  -

TECHSTER2.COM accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  We also accepts Paypal (U.S. only).              TECHSTER2.COM will accept money orders, but will require to recieve the money order before any merchandise can be shipped or processed.       TECHSTER2.COM reserves the right to require that the cardholder fax a copy of both sides of the credit card being used for payment and a copy of a photo identification such as a driver’s license in order to complete the sale. TECHSTER2.COM also reserves the right to restrict delivery of large ticket items to the billing address of the credit card used for payment or require a money order to be sent prior to the merchandise being shipped.

SALES TAX - Sales tax is added only to orders delivered within the state of Michigan. The state of Michigan requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order including the shipping charges. When applicable, sales tax information will be displayed in your shopping cart along with other pricing information that pertains to your order. The current sales tax rate in Michigan is 6%.

CANADIAN ORDERS - Canadian orders are subject to duties, taxes and are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of shipment. Contact your customs office for more information on duties, taxes and restricted products. The estimated time of delivery for Canadian orders is 2-3 weeks.

TECHSTER2.COM's PRIVACY POLICY - TECHSTER2.COM will never sell or give your e-mail address to anyone else without your permission. TECHSTER2.COM has created this statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. TECHSTER2.COM will never willfully disclose individual's identifiable information about its customers to an outside party without first receiving the customer's permission. The only exception occurs because TECHSTER2.COM distribution model requires some manufacturers to ship products directly to customers. Therefore, it is necessary to provide shipping information to manufacturers. However, they have signed an agreement which states that the customer's name and information must remain confidential between TECHSTER2.COM and the manufacturer.

Terms & Conditions of Sale & Return Policies

Damaged Merchandise - Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Manufactures Defects - If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, call our Customer Service at (888) 340-0614 for instructions. Do not return Items to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.

Return Merchandise Policy - Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. For questions about returning merchandise call our Customer Service at (888) 340-0614 and ask for our Return Department. The return of non-defective merchandise When Authorized may incur a 20% re-stocking fee at our discretion. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written on the box.

If a return is authorized by our return department:
1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
2. Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.
3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
